Walmart Curbside Pickup w/Wilson's. This is a service provided by Wilson Inmate Package Program. 

How it Works:

Step 1. You Purchase our Service which cost a flat rate of $75.00 USD PLUS Shipping Charges $25.00. You may pay for this Service using Credit/Debit/CashApp/Zelle or or any of our Pay in 4 Partners (Afterpay, Klarna, Sezzle, and Affrim). The total service + shipping equals $100.00 USD unless you purchase expedited (NEXT DAY SHIPPING) Rates vary with Fedex & UPS. Expedited Next Day is ONLY AVAILABLE for purchases made Monday-Thursday of that week. Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will process next business day- Monday. ***EBT payments are accepted when shopping this method. Step 2. Once you purchase the service follow the link to Walmart.com listed in your email or click here www.walmart.com and begin shopping your order.  

  • We recommend setting up an account with Walmart.com (this will allow you to track your order, store payment options, and make edits)
  • at the top left corner of your screen, under the Walmart logo click the drop down menu. select from the 3 delivery options (PICKUP)
  • Select store location:   Secaucus Supercenter 400 Park Pl, Secaucus, NJ 07094 (this is the ONLY location we will pickup from)
  • Select Reserve Time: You may select anytime up to 8pm the day you are ordering- MONDAY- THURSDAY- EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE (NEXT DAY) FOR ADDITIONAL FEES

Step 3. Now you may begin shopping your order. **Please note, you must be mindful of the weight you are purchasing as WALMART does not keep a running tab, Wilson's is not responsible for any over weight purchases you make.*** You are responsible for monitoring your order with WALMART from start to finish. This is your WALMART account and Wilson's will NOT HAVE ANY ACCESS to YOUR ACCOUNT details and/information with WALMART. ***

Step 4. Once you are satisfied with your order complete your checkout. You will pay WALMART directly for this order using THE FORM(S) OF PAYMENT YOU DESIRE. If you have an existing account, then your forms of payment will be visible. If you setup a new account, WALMART will have you enter your desired form(s) of payment. 

  • Go to your shopping cart, follow the prompts to enter the billing information: YOUR FIRST & LAST NAME, in parentheses ( your order# from Wilson), and YOUR BILLING ADDRESS. ***This order MUST Include the ORDER NUMBER YOU RECEIVED FROM WILSON'S- THE ORDER NUMBER YOU RECEIVED ONCE YOU PURCHASED THIS SERVICE WITH WILSON'S***
  • Select your payment type (any payment available that WALMART offers)
  • Place Your Order
  • Once your order is complete, WALMART will send you a confirmation email that your order was received, Pick-UP time, and Pickup Location. 

Step 5. You are to forward this email to salesteam@wilsoninmatepackageprogram.com , send us the best telephone number to reach you. You will receive confirmation of your WALMART purchase and our scheduled timeline for pick up. 

Step 6. Once your order is PICKED UP by Wilson's, WALMART will send you confirmation. Wilson's will ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt unless an expedited service was purchased. Once we have your order in our possession it will process as follows and notifications will be forwarded to the email you have on file: Awaiting Shipping, Awaiting Pickup, Shipped- you will receive tracking via UPS or Fedex. You may track your order and review who signed for your package during delivery.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS MADE BY YOU OR WALMART CURBSIDE PICKUP. IF YOU FIND ANY ERRORS IN YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST COMMUNICATE THIS AND TROUBLESHOOT WITH WALMART.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE. PICKUP TIMES: MONDAY-THURSDAY ONLY-  DURING THE CHOSEN PICKUP WINDOW.  EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST- THIS PICKUP MUST BE PLACED SET FOR NO LATER THAN 11AM FOR NEXT DAY SHIPPING. NO SATURDAY DELIVERY SHIPPING -FACILITIES WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ORDERS.
