The customer service person who I spoke with, was wonderful, very helpful and very compassionate. Unfortunately, the gloves arrived with a big hole in the finger but the scarf and the hat were OK. The scarf did not match but the customer service representative did let me know that there were no more black sets. I just didn’t know that there was going be a big hole in the glove when it arrived, my son is in a correctional facility. He cannot send it back.
